Alex Keiser (President)

Alex Keiser is a member of the class of 2020 from New Orleans, Louisiana. She is pursuing a B.A in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations with minors in French and Philosophy. Alex joined PAD in the fall of 2017, and she has served as Secretary and Historian before being elected President. Alex is involved in many organizations on and off Tulane’s campus. On campus, she participates in Women in Politics. Off campus, Alex works as an administrative assistant for Access Health Louisiana, logistics coordinator for Artist Outreach, and she volunteers with Citizen’s Climate Lobby. Alex is very passionate about saving the environment and hopes to do legal work to combat climate change through international organizations such as the United Nations.


Sharmila Mysore (vice president)

Sharmila is a member of Tulane’s Class of 2021 from Boston, Massachusetts pursuing a dual degree in Public Health and Cognitive Studies with a minor in Portuguese. She joined PAD in Fall of 2017 and was the former Membership and Recruitment Chair for the 2018-2019 academic year. She hopes to attend law school after Tulane and is interested in International and Health law. She interned for the Congresswoman in Boston last summer and is currently a student intern at the Tulane Undergraduate Admissions Office.


Wendy cohen (secretary)

Wendy Cohen is originally from Dallas, Texas and is a member of Tulane’s Class of 2020. She is studying Political Science with a focus in International Relations as well as pursuing a joint degree in Spanish and Portuguese. She has also served as New Member Coordinator in the Fall of 2017 and the Risk Manager in the Spring of 2019. She could not be happier to bring her organizational skills to our chapter to increase the level of communication between our brothers.


Nicole Roca (Treasurer)

Nicole Roca is a member of the class of 2020 from Spanish Fort, Alabama. She is studying Legal Studies in Business with a minor in Political Science. Nicole has been a member of Phi Alpha Delta since Fall 2017 and this is her second term as Treasurer. She plans to work in politics for a few years before attending law school and is very interested in constitutional law, especially cases regarding First Amendment rights. During the summer of 2019, she interned at the American Israel Public Affairs Committee in their DC office and interned for the Attorney General of Alabama in 2018.

Membership Chairs: zach brenner and matthew mutnick

Zach is a senior from San Francisco, California majoring in Political Economy with a double-minor in Philosophy and Religious Studies. Zach intends to go to law school upon graduation, and is committed to making a career of fighting inequality and injustice. In the past, he has interned for the National Center for Lesbian Rights as a legal intern, as well as the international humanitarian non-profit CARE USA as a planned giving intern. This summer, Zach looks forward to interning for the San Francisco District Attorney’s office.


Matthew Mutnick is a member of Tulane’s Class of 2020 from Roswell, Georgia pursuing a dual degree in International Relations and Finance with a minor in Legal Studies in Business. On campus he is a Green Wave Ambassador, giving tours to prospective families. He also works as a barista at Starbucks and is an Automation Development Intern for Entergy. After graduating in 2020, he plans to attend graduate school and continue to combine his legal knowledge with a career in finance.

Social Chairs:Carly latner and paige lawrence


Carly is a rising senior at Tulane and is from Closter, New Jersey. She’s majoring in Political Science with a Management minor. She was President of Alpha Lambda Delta her sophomore year and is a Community Engagement Advocate for the Center for Public Service. Last semester, she studied abroad in Prague. She’s looking forward to being Social Chair next year and planning fun events for the PAD brotherhood!


Paige Lawrence is a Political Science Major and Spanish minor from Austin, Texas. She studied abroad in Mexico City in the Fall of 2018 and is a member of the Class of 2020. She was a Congressional Training Coordinator in Fall of 2017. She's looking forward to planning a lot of fun and diverse events for everyone in the chapter to enjoy. 

professional chair: ann kapustiak


Ann Kapustiak is a member of Tulane's Class of 2021. She is from Park Ridge, Illinois- just northwest of Chicago. She is on the Pre-Law track and is earning dual degrees in Political Science and Psychology. Along with serving as the 2019-2020 Professional Chair of PAD, she has worked as Recruitment Assistant and Transition Liaison in the past. She is brimming with ideas to elevate and accentuate the Professionalism the brotherhood already displays on a daily basis.

Community Service chair:Lily conroy, michael chen (fall), Miranda SInsheimer (spring)


Lily Conroy is a member of the Class of 2022. She is from New Orleans, Louisiana, and she plans to major in International Development and Political Economy on the Law, Economics, and Policy track. She has previously served on the Phi Alpha Delta Cabinet as New Member Liaison and the Congressional Training Coordinator. Lily is excited to bring her passion for service work and her love of New Orleans to the position of Community Service Chair for the 2019-2020 year.


Michael Chen is a member of Tulane’s Class of 2022 from Newport Beach, California. He is a triple major in Political Science, History, and Social Policy & Practice. After joining PAD in Fall 2018, he will be serving as Community Service chair for the Fall of 2019. On campus, he also writes for the Tulane Hullabaloo and is an active member of the College Democrats. After Tulane, Michael hopes to attend law school and study criminal or constitutional law.


Miranda Sinsheimer is a member of the Tulane’s Class of 2021. She is from Berkeley, California, and is pursuing a double major in Political Science and Communication with a minor in Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship (SISE). Participating in community service is initially what sparked Miranda’s interest in law. Miranda is excited to combine her experience from working with different service organizations on campus and passion for helping others to PAD.

ACademic Chair: Jimmy magee

Jimmy is in Tulane’s Class of 2021 from Baltimore, Maryland. He is pursuing majors in Political Science-International Relations and Philosophy and a minor in Film Studies.
